The Wellnessología Observatory conducts global surveys to better understand the realities, working conditions, aspirations and challenges of wellness professionals.
By gathering voices and comparable data from countries, cultures and professional environments, it aims to identify shared issues, trends and regional differences.
The findings will support publications, professional dialogue and the development of clearer global definitions and responsible standards.
The Observatory is an independent space for listening, research and collaboration, created to make practitioners’ experiences visible and help build a fairer, safer and more respected future for wellness professions worldwide.
